Good Labor Jobs has four service tiers with pricing dependent on the job:
- Tier 1: Direct Advertisement and Promotion represents a way to access the GLJ pipeline of employees on this website without paying for any recruitment fees
- Tier 2: Payroll Processing is a system for employers looking to put their seasonal or temporary employees on our platform while giving them the freedom to release employees when projects end
- Tier 3: Lite Recruiting utilizes GLJ recruiting specialties while avoiding paying for housing or transportation services
- Tier 4: Full Service Recruiting includes all aspects of recruiting. GLJ takes care of arranging housing, transportation, and installs an on site manager to help schedule and motivate employees
Employees in Tiers 2 - 4 are placed on GLJ payroll for an
agreed upon period of time. GLJ covers all workers compensation, taxes, and healthcare
costs. In the event an employee is not a fit, employers have the freedom to
terminate the employee immediately and GLJ will work to get them transferred
or out of the supplied housing.
